SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification by email when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries should be expected within 2 to 5 days of confirmation of order and payment.
SHIPMENT CONFRIMATION AND TRACKING
Confirmation of shipping and tracking link will be automatically sent via email to the customer once packages have been allocated and loaded to delivery partners.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
City Star Holdings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES:
If you received your order damaged,or it is lost in transit. Please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly on: sales@citystarholdings.co.za to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
